Product Description: Our Hook and Loop Data features an upgraded reclosable fastener, with 6 pairs of black hook and loop strips measuring 1in x 4in. The tape is interlocking and coated with 9448A double sided mounting tape on the back side. With a peel off strength of 55N (1in x 2in sample) and a sticky adhesion strength of 90N (1"x2" sample), this fastener has a temperature resistance of 149°C (300°F).

Advantages of our Upgraded Hook and Loop include its skin-friendly design and special J shape hook fastener that matches high density loop tape for a very strong lock strength. This makes it 2 to 2.5 times stronger than a normal hook and loop strip, ensuring it does not easily fall off after application.

Our heavy-duty mounting tape is self-sticky and coated with 9448A double sided tape, making it suitable for various surfaces including low surface energy substrates like polyethylene, polypropylene, wood, glass, metal, marble, and ceramic. This tape does not affect sewing at the edge.

The interlocking tape can be used for securing fabric to furniture cushions, point of purchase displays and signage, general industrial applications, marine and specialty vehicle applications, as well as providing alternative solutions for zippers, screws, buckles, and more. It is also suitable for car carpets, home floor mats, and other fixations. Please note that the sticky back side is acrylic coated tissue paper, which may leave a residue due to its strong adhesion.

To use the hook loop fastener, clean the surface and ensure it is dry and smooth. Apply the hook and loop sides to the surface, pressing firmly for at least 30 seconds. Allow the tape to sit for around 24 hours to achieve the strongest adhesion. This interlocking tape is sewing-able, just like typical hook and loop tape.
